NOTHING in my life seems to ever go right.
ARE YOU TIRED YET?
We all have gotten tired of our situations, our jobs, our problems, our hopelessness at some point and time in our lives. We all have felt like nobody cares and no matter what we do, NOTHING gets better. We have called our family, our friends and even the psychic hotline but nothing changed. Some turned to alcohol to help numb the pain but after the hangover ends the pain is still there. Some have turned to marijuana and stepping to the weed spot to help forget everything that is going wrong in our lives but after the munchies are over we remember everything that was there before. Some have turned to a crack pipe, some to a heroin needle and others to ecstasy to try to escape their harsh reality. When we become lonely we turn to the club and a night of hot sex with the woman or man we met there. Trying to escape those feelings of loneliness but after a couple of days that include a visit to the clinic, you find out you are pregnant and infected with a sexually transmitted disease. You dropped out of highschool because you didn’t like the teachers, so your mama put your butt in the street. Now you sell crack to everyone who got the money including that pregnant 16 year old that got kicked out of her mama’s house after she got knocked up.
Are you tired yet? Are you tired of doing the same old thing feeling like you are going nowhere and the reality is, you aren’t.
You have tried all that you know and nothing, I said NOTHING works. I got something that you can try and it don’t cost you nothing. It was already paid for by a friend that is closer than a brother. This thing you can try won’t give you a $250 phone bill like the psychic hotline. It won’t give you a hangover like that bottle of E&J. You won’t lose weight like a person on crack or have to wear long sleeve shirts to hide your track marks like a heroin addict. It won’t get you pregnant nor will it give you a STD. It will not leave you lonely nor cast you away. If you are truly tired and nothing you have tried has worked. It is waiting for you………..at the foot……… of a bloodstained cross. If you are truly tired……it will give you rest. If you are lonely……..it will be with you at all times. If you are sick…..it has never lost a patient. If you are pregnant……..it will help you take care of that child. If you are truly tired…………Salvation is waiting and JESUS has paid the cost. Stop being tired and learn what true peace is all about. Your answers only led to more questions but THE ANSWER leads to everlasting life. If you want to try JESUS just repeat this prayer………
Father, I am tired of falling down and not being able to get back up. I am sick of being alone and feeling like no one cares. I have tried what I know to try and failed. I realize that what I really need is a savior and that savior is JESUS. Please come into my heart LORD JESUS and take control of my life. I submit all that I am to YOU and ask YOU to make the difference in this mess I call my life. I confess my sins to YOU LORD and ask that YOU forgive me and cleanse me from my wrong doing. I need YOU LORD, I am tired and I…..NEED….. YOU!!!! In the name of THE LORD JESUS I pray. Amen.
If you prayed this prayer sincerely from your heart, know that JESUS will come in and make the difference. Get a Bible and start reading, get on your knees and start praying and get involved with a good GOD-fearing, Bible-believing local church. Know this, HE will give you rest and you won’t have to be tired again.
