My Bio
Naima Williams is a New York City native and is truly a woman after God’s own heart. She received her call into ministry in the late 1990s and preached her initial sermon in 2010. Though newly licensed, Minister Williams isn’t a novice to preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She’s been “unofficially” and intermittently preaching the Gospel for nearly a decade —from NYC subway stations, homeless shelters and detention homes to conducting Bible studies in her home. She is also a faithful member of Shekinah Glory Outreach Ministries International Inc., VA, under the pastorate of the illustrious Bishop A. Ray Rouson, Sr. There she spearheaded their Online Outreach Ministry and currently serves as the Director of Evangelism, President and Editor in Chief of their Online Outreach Ministry, and a teacher of the Sunday school department.
In addition to accepting the call to preach the Gospel, Minister Williams also accepted the call into the prophetic office and ministry, having had her “burning bush” moment and direct confirmation from the Lord. Since then she’s submitted to God, allowing Him to lead her, teach her and develop her, while seeking to effectively minister to others under the leadership of the Holy Ghost. Currently, she serves as part of a prophetic team under the leadership of one of her mentors, Apostle D. Astern, and they minister in the meetings of Destiny Spirit Apostolic Network (face-to-face) as well as through their ministry online.
Minister Williams has a deep-rooted passion for building up, unifying and edifying the body of Christ. In 2009 she became certified to teach Ministering Spiritual Gifts, an exhaustive, hands-on seminar course that teaches how to properly minister and operate in the prophetic based upon Scripture. This course was created by the founder of Christian International Apostolic Network, Dr. Bill Hamon. Minister Williams has her A.A.S. in Business Administration and plans to pursue her Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies as well as other ministry courses that can help her to help the body of Christ.
Minister Williams is an entrepreneur and indeed a visionary with very big dreams, believing her dreams will come into manifestation because she serves a very big God. “There was a day when I didn’t think I would be anything more than a housewife. It’s amazing how God placed a different dream and ambition within me, and when I do come into my God-ordained season, I will see the many awesome things He impregnated me with and has shown me.” She ends her comment by sharing one of her favorite quotes; which was given by an unknown speaker describing people of vision and focus. “In her describing people of vision, she says ‘we see the invisible; we hear the inaudible; we believe the incredible; we think the unthinkable; then we do the impossible!’ I don’t think there’s a better description of people of vision than that, and after hearing that I then knew and understood that I am indeed a woman of vision.”
Minister Williams is a loving mother of 4 amazing children, Naquan, Odyssi, Isaiah and Precious, and is the grandmother to one precious baby girl named Nyeemah.
