  • Real Talk Part II

    Current Mood: Anointed

There will be moments in your walk with God when it seems like He’s called you to hardship and keeps putting you in places where you feel alone, forgotten and forsaken.  But the words “seem like” and “feels” doesn’t necessarily reflect the reality.  Your reality becomes that which you give the greatest [...]

  • Beware of Illusions – Pt 2

The following is actually a post I had written about 5 months ago regarding a dream the Lord had given me.  The dream holds an exhortation/warning message that was/is true and relevant to [...]

He already knows!

What can you hide from God?

Everything about you, including things you don’t know about yourself, He already knows.  He knows your habits, your addictions, your strengths and weaknesses, how you truly feel about yourself and others, and everything else that you wouldn’t dare tell a living soul.  He knows all of your mistakes, regrets and secrets, yet He still loves you – and makes this promise to you: that if you confess your sins, He will forgive you AND cleanse you from ALL unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).  That means, for the ONE thing you do (confess), He’ll do TWO in return (forgives you and cleanses you).  Now that’s what I call a great ROI (return on investment)!

So go ahead, tell Him everything; for in your confession lies freedom and healing!  Confess it to Him, regardless of what it is or how terrible it sounds – as He already knows!

Precious God, I ask that you touch all who are reading this prayer and meet them right where they are, in Jesus’ name.  Lead them in a path of righteousness, bringing them closer to you in a more intimate way, and help them to open up to you by confessing all of their sins in Jesus’ name.  Father, I also ask that you show them how to RECEIVE your forgiveness and cleansing.  Help them also to forgive themselves as well as anyone who has ever hurt them whether knowingly or unknowingly.  Let them now experience true freedom from hurt, bitterness, anger and resentment and know what it is to experience the joy that your salvation brings.  This I pray in Jesus name.  Amen!
